Initial Website Design Fees Basic Website Design: $399 for up to 5 pages which includes static images, files, basic SEO (search engine optimization), favicon creation, content management tools, and one personal instruction session to show you how to make simple changes to your website. Domain name registration and web hosting costs are extra. Note: prices are based on the use of our design formats. There is an extra charge for building a site using your exact design specifications from photoshop and other design images.
Additional General Information Pages: $25 each page Form Page: $25 each page for up to 10 Fields. Guest Book Page: $50 each page Embedding video, calendars, maps: $25 each Custom Banner, Image and Graphic Effects: $50 per effect for images or photos that slide, flip, fade, etc. Intro
Page (enter or splash page): $100 Logo Digitization (redraw from a Business card or Low Resolution Digital file: Ranges from FREE to $150 depending on how detailed it is and how accurately you want it reproduced. Image or Photo Gallery: $50 for up to 50 images (all at one time) $2 per photo there after. Includes up to 50 initial images, if there are 30 images provided initially and in a month the other 20 are provided, the other 20 will cost $2 each. Making Changes to Your WebsiteThere are two ways to handle the changes and maintenance of your new website once it has been published:1. Ongoing Maintenance Retainer: after initial setup and sign off, we will handle your general updates, wording changes, minor image changes, etc., for as low as $350 per year. Design, format changes and photo gallery updates are not included in this price and will be charged at an additional rate of $50 per hour. 2. Pay as You Go: after initial setup, we will charge $12.50 per quarter hour (half hour minimum charge per change request) for wording changes and other minor changes on an existing web page. Other ServicesPaypal Shopping Cart: $100 for the initial account set up plus an additional $10.00 per product item (PayPal does not charge for their shopping cart service, per se, however, there is an approx. 3.3% charge per transaction)E-commerce and shopping cart set up: prices vary based on complexity and volume. SSL Certificate and one time Setup: Setup: $100 one time setup fee.
